The Sportsbook Area with Product Development is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their team. The company has a world-class Sportsbook, developed in-house and growing rapidly, expanding in new markets and as a B2B product. The Sportsbook platform is in-house, from the architecture to the trading tools. The company aims to create the best performance, functionality, and user experience in the iGaming industry. As part of the Sportsbook tech team, the new employee will be key in ensuring that the team delivers the required business value.

What the role involves:

  • Being part of an end-to-end agile team with a strong feature focus, consisting of developers, QA engineers and UX specialists.
  • Involvement in all aspects of software development from making sure that the architecture and design is as good as we can make it, to writing code, unit and end-to-end tests and manage our data models.
  • Working on both designing and implementing new features as well as analyzing the system and improve architecture and technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • .NET/C#
  • .NET Core
  • Interacting with REST APIs
  • SQL Server, writing queries and tuning performance
  • Communicating in English
  • Agile development
  • Unit testing frameworks
  • Collaborating and knowledge sharing
  • Experience with cloud computing services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with Containerized applications / Docker / Kubernetes
