Job Description
Marqeta is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to collaborate with GTM leadership, Business Systems, and stakeholders to establish operational practices and scalable processes. The analyst will support the GTM technology roadmap, assist with tooling projects, and improve GTM processes. This role is within the Revenue Strategy & Operations team and can be performed remotely from the Oakland, CA office or the NYC Metro area.
Responsibilities: - Establish a strong operational cadence.
- Engage with frontline salespeople to address operational challenges.
- Translate business process requirements into functional requirements.
- Develop change management plans for projects impacting workflow changes.
- Contribute to the selection and implementation of GTM tools and technologies.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Revenue Operations.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex issues.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
