Job Description
Marqeta is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Operations to develop the GTM technology strategy and efficient sales processes. This role involves partnering with GTM leadership and stakeholders to establish operational practices and scalable processes. The Senior Manager will lead a high-performing team and can work remotely from Oakland, CA, or the NYC Metro area.
Role Involves:
- Establishing and executing a strong operational cadence.
- Refining and standardizing sales processes and workflows.
- Driving continual assessment of existing sales processes.
- Driving the roadmap for the selection and implementation of GTM tools.
- Collaborating with peers to establish best practices.
- Managing and mentoring a team of revenue operations professionals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience managing a Sales Operations function.
- 2+ years as a people manager.
- Strong operational mindset.
- Experience researching and deploying sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to think strategically and execute.
- Proven track record in Sales Operations within a fin-tech sales environment.
- Ability to develop tactical initiatives to improve sales productivity.
