E2open is seeking a Lead Product Owner to join their team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Product Owners focused on the Transportation Management System for Shippers (TM-Shippers) application. This role involves working directly with a development team, serving as the voice of the customer, and collaborating to find creative solutions to real-world problems.Role involves:

• Leading a team of Product Owners.
• Identifying and mitigating areas of risk.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborating with the business to break down problems and translate them for developers.
• Making quick decisions based on factual evidence.
• Prioritizing multiple items to ensure focus on the most important tasks.
• Working as a key member of a team with common goals.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of total experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Lead Product Owner role.
• Ability to lead a team of passionate and driven Product Owners.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn new things quickly.
• Good communication skills.
