DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Talent Development Specialist in Chicago. The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP), managing global compliance training projects, and supporting live and asynchronous learning programs.DRW requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for promoting competitive and impactful learning experiences.Role Involves:

• Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Leading and overseeing compliance training initiatives.
• Providing logistical support for participants, facilitators, and subject matter experts.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from learning programs.

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills.

• Proficiency in using Zoom’s tools/features for learning environments.
