Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead their Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling (ESDM) HEOR team. The SVP, MD will be responsible for the growth and development of the ESDM capability, building new business, cultivating client relationships, and enhancing current business. They will also manage the team's revenue and performance, and foster a healthy team culture.Role involves:
- Leading multiple projects and accounts, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance.
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks and opportunities, and making final decisions.
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables such as protocols, statistical analysis plans, models, and reports.
- Leading team development and mentoring, fostering open feedback and career development.
- Contributing to resourcing discussions and strategic planning.
- Supporting effective communication within and across teams, resolving conflicts, and boosting morale.
- Providing methodological input to proposals and presentations.
- Establishing client partnerships and driving new business.
- Collaborating with business leaders on functional business planning and execution.
- Coordinating resource allocation and staffing for projects.
- Achieving revenue and sales targets through client engagement.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree (MS, PharmD, MD, or PhD) in a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in HEOR, business development, consulting, and/or leadership.
- Experience leading a research team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Broad technical knowledge of outcomes research and health economics.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and payer evidence requirements.
- Proven business acumen in managing a business line.
- Strong strategic and technical writing skills.
- Successful history managing deadlines across multiple projects.
