Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst for their Pune, Maharashtra, India location. This is a hybrid role focused on managing and integrating time data to ensure accurate project billing and reporting. The Data Analyst will work closely with project managers and business groups to maintain data integrity and support the operations team.Role involves:

• Processing time transfers of billable employee hours between projects.
• Uploading time data from business groups into the ERP system.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generating and distributing reports related to time entries.
• Collaborating with project managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintaining detailed records for auditing purposes.
• Providing support to the operations team with data entry tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or operations roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), especially Excel skills including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and data validation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
