Job Description
RAPP, a global precision marketing agency, is seeking a Strategic Planner to join its Malaysia team. This role is part of the Team X Region Overseas Experience Center (ROEC) and involves managing the Paid Media portfolio across 16 markets. The Strategic Planner will be responsible for localized paid media strategies based on global guidelines and market-specific insights, bridging the global vision with local execution.Responsibilities include:
- Developing localized paid media strategies
- Analyzing campaign performance data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Coordinating with local media agencies
- Overseeing campaign execution
- Monitoring performance and providing insights
- Maintaining documentation and reporting
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media planning
- Experience in a regional or global marketing structure
- Strong understanding of media channels
- Ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience managing media agencies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
