Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Client Success Account Manager to join their Sales team in Madrid. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing retention by fostering strong client relationships and understanding their unique needs. The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, working to increase paid subscriptions and guarantee retention through in-person visits and continuous communication.
Role Involves: - Owning client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts.
- Ensuring a trusting and valuable relationship with HR contacts.
- Understanding client objectives and delivering solutions.
- Driving client launch and strategic relaunch events.
- Presenting best practice workflows and providing Wellhub updates.
- Collaborating with various teams to develop member growth strategies.
- Analyzing client data and developing tailored communication strategies.
- Managing the commercial agenda, including contract renewals and expansions.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects.
- Proficient in monitoring data and analyzing reports.
- Able to improve job processes and manage change.
