Job Description

Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Product Manager Specialist to join their Salesforce team in Portugal. This role focuses on leading the development and optimization of key workflows that drive partner sales across Wellhub's global Salesforce platform. The Product Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and make strategic decisions based on business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the long-term vision for Salesforce as a business platform.
  • Optimize sales and support processes to increase productivity.
  • Ensure the Salesforce ecosystem supports growth.
  • Collaborate with data teams to improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Champion adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience with Agile development teams.
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager and Salesforce background are mandatory requirements
