Product Manager Specialist | Salesforce

Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Product Manager Specialist for their Salesforce team in Brazil. This role is remote.

As the Product Manager for the Salesforce Partners team, the individual will lead the development and optimization of key workflows that drive partner sales across Wellhub's global Salesforce platform. They will work closely with senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and make strategic decisions based on business impact.

What this role involves:

• Driving strategy for Salesforce as a business platform.
• Optimizing sales and support workflows.
• Scaling the Salesforce platform.
• Enabling better reporting and decision-making.
• Leading change and adoption of Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager and Salesforce background are mandatory requirements
