Betsson Group is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their Sportsbook Area within Product Development in Malta. The engineer will work on a world-class, in-house developed Sportsbook platform that is rapidly expanding into new markets and as a B2B product. The Betsson Group Product Development organization is truly Global with cross functional teams spanning 5 Tech Hubs. These can be found in Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn and Athens.

The role involves ensuring the team delivers required business value for a high-performance, high-throughput product serving multiple brands. The company uses a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and allowing 2 days of remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in an end-to-end agile team focused on feature delivery.
  • Involvement in all aspects of software development, including architecture, design, coding, and testing.
  • Designing and implementing new features.
  • Analyzing and improving system architecture and technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience with any JavaScript based UI framework (Angular, React, Vue etc.).
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience interacting with REST APIs.
  • Good communication skills in English.
