Job Description
Exactera, a FinTech SaaS start-up, is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a consultative outreach team. The Sales Development Manager will focus on creating organic engagement and enhancing intent through strategic marketing objectives. This role requires a motivational coach who understands today’s outbound strategy relies on both automation and personalization. The Sales Development team is the first point of contact with prospective Exactera customers and is crucial to the success of their customer acquisition process.
  • Hire and coach a team of Sales Development Reps
  • Develop sales, product, and industry skills through coaching
  • Inspire and motivate team members with creative incentives
  • Report on team and individual results, forecast pipeline, and booking targets
  • Make process, efficiency, and productivity improvement recommendations
  • Hold team members accountable to meet target metrics and KPIs
  • BA/BS degree (or 4 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree)
  • 2+ years in the software sales space as an SDR Manager
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline growth
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development Goals
  • Strong understanding of the importance of automation and personalization in outreach
  • Familiarity with AI tools (preferably Lavendar)
