This role is pivotal in driving growth through data-driven insights, directly influencing C-level decisions in CRM, Pricing & Promotions, and Revenue. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity and deliver impactful solutions.This role involves:
- Igniting CRM & Lifecycle Growth by analyzing user cohorts and marketing channel performance.
- Optimizing Pricing & Promotions through rigorous A/B testing.
- Providing immediate responses to urgent business questions and KPI shifts.
- Synthesizing and visualizing complex data into insightful dashboards.
- Collaborating with data engineers to evolve the data ecosystem.
- Being a pragmatic innovator, delivering impactful solutions quickly.
Groupon is looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
