This role is pivotal in driving growth through data-driven insights, directly influencing C-level decisions in CRM, Pricing & Promotions, and Revenue. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity and deliver impactful solutions.This role involves:
  • Igniting CRM & Lifecycle Growth by analyzing user cohorts and marketing channel performance.
  • Optimizing Pricing & Promotions through rigorous A/B testing.
  • Providing immediate responses to urgent business questions and KPI shifts.
  • Synthesizing and visualizing complex data into insightful dashboards.
  • Collaborating with data engineers to evolve the data ecosystem.
  • Being a pragmatic innovator, delivering impactful solutions quickly.
Groupon is looking for someone who has:
  • 3+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • A strong AI-first mindset.
