HR Junior Analyst

Job Description

VTEX is seeking an HR Junior Analyst to join their Talent Comms and Rituals team. This role is based in Rio de Janeiro and involves delivering meaningful internal rituals for employees across all levels, departments, and locations. The HR Junior Analyst will partner with colleagues to source content, craft narratives, and ensure clear and relevant information. They will also ensure the technical quality of events, provide essential information to new employees, and organize rehearsals to minimize technical issues.

The role involves knowledge management, ensuring consistent processes, reliable documentation, and trustworthy data. The HR Junior Analyst will organize and monitor the onboarding journey for new employees, embedding VTEX's culture, values, and vision into each event.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver internal rituals for employees.
• Partner with colleagues to source content and craft narratives.
• Ensure the technical quality of events.
• Provide essential information to new employees.
• Organize rehearsals for live events.
• Manage knowledge for operations.
• Organize and monitor the onboarding journey.
• Embed VTEX's culture, values, and vision into events.

Requirements:

• Based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and available to work from the Botafogo office when needed.
• Experience in executive support, university recruiting, employee onboarding, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility and comfortable with routine tasks.
• Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing tasks independently.
• Proficient in tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
• Analytical and process-driven.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
