Yext is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in London. This role involves providing technical support to enterprise clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Role involves:
- Providing technical support to enterprise clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshooting product and publisher issues.
- Developing ticket management strategies.
- Providing platform configuration and data management services.
- Creating Macros for repeat requests and contributing to new articles on the Help Center.
- Working with Client Success Managers, Services, and technical teams.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or similar college-level Education or relative Work Experience
- 1+ years of professional work experience in customer support.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of ZenDesk.
