Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Interviewing Engineer - BackEnd (.NET & C#) to join their Technical Recruitment Committee (TRC) in Malta. The role involves evaluating and selecting top technical talent for the company's tech teams, ensuring a high-quality hiring experience through standardized assessments of candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and team alignment. The engineer will collaborate with Product Development and Talent Acquisition to align hiring standards with the organization’s evolving needs.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting detailed technical assessments of candidates' core skills and technical expertise.
  • Collaborating with Product Development Teams to understand role requirements.
  • Providing structured feedback to Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
  • Participating in committee meetings to refine evaluation approaches.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices to align assessments with Betsson’s talent strategy.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a technical or engineering role (e.g., Software Engineer, DevOps, Systems Architect).
  • Demonstrated experience in technical interviewing, particularly for software engineering, system architecture, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in .NET and C# is essential.
