Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to join their team in London. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the London office and collaborating with Global Workplace Experience Managers to coordinate team gatherings. The Workplace Experience Manager will ensure a welcoming and productive environment for all Whatnauts.Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day office needs such as supplies, mail, and deliveries.
  • Managing vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, and snacks.
  • Keeping common areas organized and stocked.
  • Troubleshooting facility issues.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and team members.
  • Coordinating logistics for team co-working days and in-office events.
  • Handling first-day logistics for new hires, including right-to-work checks and desk setup.
  • Providing administrative support to local leadership.
Whatnot requires:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar office management role.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
