Google DeepMind is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to join their TA Operations team in Mountain View, CA. This role supports interview coordination for senior and executive roles globally and reports to the Talent Operations Specialist based in London. • Managing high-priority interview scheduling.
• Fostering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Supporting and managing vendor teams.
• Championing TA workflows and processes.
• Recommending solutions for hiring process challenges.
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Managing ATS and providing relevant data.
• Managing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
