Job Description

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Director of Product Management to join their Interactive Product Management team. This role focuses on strategy for Penn Interactive’s digital product portfolio, including theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and Hollywood Casino. The Director will manage, innovate, and execute product initiatives to grow the online sports betting business. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration with sportsbook business leadership to drive the development of a Tier 1 sportsbook product.Role involves:

• Leading and mentoring a team of product leaders.
• Articulating a vision for online sports betting products.
• Partnering with business units to understand challenges and build solutions.
• Maintaining domain expertise on the product, market, regulations, and customer behaviors.
• Translating the vision into a multi-year roadmap.
• Prioritizing engineering investment.
• Setting Objectives and Key Results.
• Driving innovation in online sports betting.
• Educating business partners on the product.
• Creating senior-level material.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in product management, plus 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience working in sports betting.
• Experience in building core functionality and features of a sportsbook.
• Experience building, operating, and managing B2C products with millions of users.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership and emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work with engineering teams on technical concepts.
• Experience managing and coaching product managers.
