Webflow is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to the company's growth. This role involves engaging with new prospects and identifying sales opportunities. The BDR will play a crucial part in managing the inbound lead pipeline and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive first impression for new Enterprise customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and maintain engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities and engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to improve lead quality.
  • Maintain CRM intelligence in Salesforce.
  • Become a Webflow product expert.
  • Continuously improve sales processes.

Requirements:
  • Transferable background in SaaS Sales or experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Understanding of sales performance quotas.
  • Relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with CRM and Sales engagement platforms.
  • Curiosity about technology.
  • Tenacity and strong communication skills.
