Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Interviewing Engineer - QA to join its Technical Recruitment Committee (TRC). The candidate will be responsible for assessing technical talent and ensuring a high-quality hiring experience. The role involves collaborating with Product Development and Talent Acquisition to align hiring standards with the organization’s needs.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting detailed technical assessments.
  • Collaborating with Product Development Teams.
  • Providing structured feedback.
  • Participating in committee meetings.
  • Contributing to process improvement.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a QA or engineering role.
  • Experience in taking ownership of releases and creating test plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical interviewing, particularly for QA roles.
  • Proficiency in frontend testing with JavaScript, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Backend testing expertise using C# and tools like RestSharp.
  • Skilled in leveraging CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo, and TeamCity.
  • Proficiency in using Git.
  • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for recruiting, assessing, and onboarding talent.
