Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Writer to join their Next-Gen platform team. This role is based in Malta and focuses on creating high-quality technical and product documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in casino platforms, and excellent communication skills.

The role involves:

  • Planning and delivering detailed product/technical documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal tech/product teams.
  • Maintaining a catalogue of product documentations.
  • Analyzing and updating existing content.
  • Writing, reviewing, and updating User Manuals, Tutorials, and other Product and Technical Documentations.
  • Creating Partner Integration documents
  • Gathering Customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
  • Developer Technical Specification includes architectural Diagrams, Functional Workflows, Sequence Diagrams, API Documentations for internal and external use

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a technical field or focus on English, writing, and communications.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in an IT Development Environment.
  • Experience documenting software architectures using frameworks like C4 Diagrams or arc42.
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Markdown, Confluence, or GitHub.
  • Basic understanding of software development and programming languages.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
