Retail Media & Commerce Activation Manager (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Retail Media & Commerce Activation Manager to join their Commercial Team at ESN & More. The role involves developing and implementing a retail media strategy to drive growth and strengthen partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and/or performance media and a passion for advancing the ESN & More Nutrition brands.

Role Involves:

• Developing a retail media strategy based on business and marketing objectives.
• Identifying new potentials in retail media and evaluating partnerships.
• Building sustainable relationships with key retailers.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Analyzing performance and providing insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or performance media.
• Strong knowledge of advertising products and tools in retail and omnichannel media.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Fluency in both German and English.
