CloudKitchens, a brand from City Storage Systems (CSS), is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 4–5 facilities within their CSS region in Toronto. The Operations Manager will lead a team of Associate Operations Managers, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure a seamless experience for customers and partners.What this role involves:
Managing operations across multiple sites.
Leading and developing high-performing teams.
Optimizing fulfillment processes for scalability and efficiency.
Maintaining operational discipline and managing the P&L.
Driving customer success through onboarding and support.
Collaborating cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps.
Ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or facilities management.
Experience managing frontline teams in multi-site environments.
Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to be on-site regularly.
Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus.
