Operations Trainee (Logistics)

Job Description

Cabify is seeking an Operations Trainee for its Logistics area in Lima, Perú. This role is crucial in helping Cabify deliver efficient and high-quality solutions to its clients. The Operations Trainee will contribute to ensuring smooth and functional operations, exceptionally meeting the needs of users and exceeding their expectations.

The role involves:

• Supporting the collection and documentation of AS-IS processes and proposing TO-BE processes.
• Participating in the mapping and analysis of logistics and last-mile processes.
• Conducting analysis of historical demand data, delivery times, and protocol compliance.
• Collaborating in the design and development of new processes.
• Documenting progress and results of projects.
• Performing operational and demand data analysis using Looker.
• Automating reports and analysis using Excel macros and advanced formulas.

Cabify is looking for someone who:

• Is in the final stage of or recently graduated from a degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Has basic/intermediate knowledge of Looker or another BI tool.
• Has advanced Excel skills.
• Has knowledge of process improvement.
• Has familiarity with project management tools.
• Possesses analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Has an intermediate level of English.
