Betsson Group is seeking a talented Product Owner to join its Web3 team and contribute to shaping the future of the company. The Product Owner will be responsible for guiding the concept and delivery of cutting-edge in-house games, ensuring they are delivered on time and in accordance with Betsson's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories.
- Lead the product discovery process for assigned initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organised.
- Contribute to the product vision and champion this vision with stakeholders.
- Ensure proper analytics, tracking, and data collection mechanisms are in place.
- Provide product support to the development teams.
- Work with other parts of the organization to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
- Communicate product releases and the status of ongoing product development.
- Perform user acceptance & A/B testing of new product releases.
- Continuously reviewing the product to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and / or business related.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Skilled at creating and maintaining a product delivery roadmap & prioritising features.
- Understanding of all aspects of game production including maths, mechanics, art & sound.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
- Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation.
- A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
- A keen eye for detail and a user centric mindset.
- Working with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Github or equivalent.
