Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF) is seeking a Loyalty and Analysis Officer to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for strengthening long-term relationships with partners and donors, maximizing their donation potential and lifetime value. The officer will support the definition of the loyalty strategy, lead its implementation, and analyze data to optimize strategies.Responsibilities include executing loyalty campaigns, managing call centers, maintaining the CRM, and planning monthly collections. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with at least two years of experience in loyalty and retention strategies. Advanced knowledge of database management, CRM, and data analysis is essential.MSF offers benefits according to federal labor law, including vacation bonus, social security and holidays. - Supporting the definition and leading the implementation of the annual loyalty plan.
- Adjusting loyalty strategies based on donor behavior.

- Base salary of 38,624.00 MXN gross per month.
- Experience bonus of 2% increase in base salary per year.
