Job Description
Tide is seeking a Law Enforcement Analyst to join their team in Bulgaria. This role is crucial in combating fraud and financial crime by working with law enforcement agencies and processing requests from authorities. The successful candidate will be organized, calm under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills. They will build and maintain relationships with public sector organizations and regulatory bodies in a fast-paced environment.
Role Involves:
- Responding to queries from external organizations promptly.
- Handling classified information according to UK government standards.
- Prioritizing requests based on legal requirements.
- Verifying external contacts and maintaining information security.
- Working within the GDPR 2018 framework.
- Fielding queries from other teams.
Requirements:
- Keen interest in Financial Crime, Fraud, and Data Security Legislation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to share solutions.
- Prior customer service experience.
