Job Description
Tide is seeking a dynamic and commercially-focused Partnerships Manager to join their Member Accession Marketing team. This role is crucial in driving new member acquisitions through strategic partnerships. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies, expanding Tide's existing network, and securing new collaborations.
What this role involves:
- Driving growth through partnerships by identifying, negotiating, and launching new collaborations.
- Running campaigns with existing partners, collaborating with internal teams to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Building meaningful relationships with partners, providing support and ensuring mutual value.
- Using data to track and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth integration of partnerships.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience managing partnerships or business development, ideally in fintech or B2B.
- A history of securing scalable partnerships within fast-growing companies.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Passionate about helping small businesses succeed.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent prioritization skills.
- Understanding of core marketing principles.
