Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their team in Bulgaria. This role is pivotal in driving the design and evolution of scalable, member-centric processes. The Senior Operations Manager will analyze performance data, lead cross-functional projects, and partner on strategic planning to turn vision into operational reality. They will also manage day-to-day escalations with a strategic lens, spotting patterns and driving systemic fixes.

Role Involves:

  • Driving the design and evolution of scalable, member-centric processes.
  • Analysing performance data to define key metrics and uncover root causes.
  • Leading cross-functional projects across teams and business units.
  • Partnering on strategic planning with the Lead Operations Manager.
  • Managing day-to-day escalations with a strategic lens.

Requirements:

  • C1 or higher English proficiency.
  • 6+ years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3 years in an operational leadership role.
  • Highly organised and systematic.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Looker.
  • Analytically rigorous and action-oriented.
  • Relentlessly curious and resilient.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Degree in STEM, Economics, or Finance.
