Job Description
Hightouch is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region. In this role, the individual will serve as a crucial link between Hightouch and its major Fortune 5000 clients. They will oversee the entire customer journey, from initial onboarding to ensuring ongoing customer success and increased platform adoption. The Technical Account Manager will leverage their product expertise to ensure that Enterprise customers fully understand and utilize the Hightouch platform.Role involves:
  • Managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first approach.
  • Delivering timely and organized onboarding for customers.
  • Providing proactive technical guidance and expertise.
  • Collaborating with various teams to resolve technical escalations.
  • Contributing to the platform's success by identifying use cases and problems.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
  • Experience managing technical projects.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
