Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking an experienced EMEA MSP Leader to build and scale its Managed Services Provider (MSP) business across EMEA. The role focuses on driving adoption of Pure Storage's next-generation data storage solutions through MSP partners, emphasizing compliance, data sovereignty, and regional regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the storage and infrastructure ecosystem and the MSP landscape. They will have hands-on experience working with MSPs and navigating diverse legal and regulatory landscapes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regionally tailored MSP strategy.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new MSPs.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key MSPs.
  • Collaborate with MSPs on joint sales strategies.
  • Design and deliver training and enablement programs.
  • Represent Pure Storage's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on data sovereignty.
  • Lead business planning and performance tracking.
  • Represent Pure Storage at industry events.
  • Coach internal teams on best practices for engaging with MSPs.
  • Influence the design of Pure Storage’s EMEA MSP partner program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in partner management or business development with MSPs.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP landscape.
  • Deep understanding of data sovereignty laws and cloud compliance frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in partner revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Cultural fluency across European markets desirable.
