Subscription Services Representative (Japan)

Pure Storage is seeking a Subscription Services Representative to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves proactively marketing subscription opportunities to channel partners, distribution partners, and account managers, as well as resolving issues that may hinder their relationship with Pure Storage. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate company messages and value propositions, uncover at-risk accounts, and develop mitigation plans.

The Subscription Services Representative will be accountable for reviewing and validating installed base reports, managing existing programs to maximize company revenue, and resolving customer-related contract issues. They will also develop overall renewal strategies, manage the subscription pipeline, and create programs to encourage renewal activity with partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of prior subscription sales experience.
• 2+ years of prior customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
• High integrity and ethics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude.
• Advanced computer skills (e.g., Excel, MS Access, SQL queries, Tableau).
