Senior Product Manager, AI Workflows

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of its product in the AI-first world. The role involves leveraging an understanding of customer use cases and AI technologies to identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and ensure AI is at the forefront of solving customer problems. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in market research, shaping the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

What this role involves:

• Shaping and executing AI product strategies.
• Designing, testing, and refining prompts and model configurations.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, design, and product marketing teams.
• Analyzing market trends and emerging AI models.
• Gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product enhancements.
• Monitoring AI tool performance and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

• Direct experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or as one of our core buyside customers (Hedge Fund, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Asset Management)
• Strategic thinker with technical knowledge
• Clear communicator
• Demonstrated traction in learning, adopting, and staying on top of emerging AI tools and trends
• Adaptable and resilient
• Analytical mindset – able to balance business goals with technical capabilities. Ability to leverage basic data analytics and SQL.
