Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success team. This role is remote and based in Quebec, Canada. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning a book of customers, advocating for their needs, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deployments. They will also conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Owning a book of customers and championing their needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient customer deployments.
- Conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to ensure business objectives are realized.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion in collaboration with Sales.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, speak, and write fluently in French.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of cloud services architectures, web-based security, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
- Background in Internet and Security technologies (SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc.) is a plus.
- Background in network transformation technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN Optimization) is a plus.
