Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking an Expansion Account Executive to help existing customers discover the impact of their enterprise feedback offerings. This role focuses on selling SurveyMonkey’s enterprise product suite to existing departments and finding new departments within existing customer accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand SurveyMonkey's services within existing customer departments.
- Find new buyers and departments within existing customer organizations.
- Build pipeline through outbound value selling, inbound marketing leads, and customer success driven leads.
- Apply MEDDPICC methodology to close deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Engage senior-level stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Build business cases, develop champions, and create mutual action plans.
Requirements:
- 1-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience building pipeline with customer accounts.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and business acumen.
- Strong A.I. curiosity and hands-on experience with generative and research AI tools.
