Job Description

Narvar is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to create documentation for its Post Delivery Experiences platform. The role involves ensuring clients and internal teams understand and utilize Narvar's products effectively. The Senior Technical Writer will work in a hybrid work arrangement from Bangalore.

Role involves:

• Creating, updating, and maintaining product documentation.
• Authoring and publishing product release notes.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
• Establishing and upholding documentation quality standards.
• Managing the documentation lifecycle.
• Soliciting and incorporating feedback.
• Organizing and maintaining the documentation repository.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, documenting B2B SaaS platforms with APIs.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.
• Experience creating and managing API documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive and independent learner.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field.
