Betsson Group is looking for a Web3 Team Lead to join their team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will lead a team of talented individuals, driving delivery, promoting a positive team culture, and supporting career development. This role requires a hands-on approach, splitting time between leadership activities and technical work. The Team Lead will be responsible for:
  • Building and maintaining a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Managing team performance, satisfaction, and career development.
  • Driving and facilitating the team’s delivery to production.
  • Fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and passion for quality.
  • Motivating the team to maintain high technical standards.
  • Collaborating with technical leadership for architectural alignment.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensuring roles are well-defined and responsibilities are delegated effectively.
Requirements for this position include:
  • A Frontend or Backend Engineering background.
  • Experience with JavaScript Framework (Angular7+, AngularJS, React+Redux, or Vue.js) or .NET/C# with knowledge in ASP.NET Web API.
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire.
  • Ability to efficiently review PRs and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to balance leadership and development responsibilities.
