Betsson Group is seeking a CRM & VIP Analyst to leverage data and enhance customer experiences within the sports betting and gaming industry. The analyst will collaborate with CRM, VIP, Casino, and Sports teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize player engagement strategies.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with regional teams to plan and refine CRM campaigns.
- Analyzing CRM & VIP spend to ensure smart investment at each lifecycle stage.
- Tracking and optimizing CRM outbound communication (SMS, emails, push notifications).
- Providing insights into VIP player behavior to Key Account Managers.
- Analyzing player preferences for certain games and how CRM activities can influence their behavior.
- Predicting bonus risk and fraud by understanding gaming patterns and trends.
- Providing insights to help optimize VIP event management for greater return on investment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, CRM analytics, or customer insights.
- A genuine passion to learn about the sports betting & gaming industry.
- Proficiency in SQL (Python is a plus).
- Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
