Betsson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Business Development Manager to lead and execute the company's B2B and B2C strategy within the crypto gaming sector. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework for all crypto-related initiatives within Betsson. He/she will act as the primary stakeholder for internal product and operational teams, providing insights into product development needs while managing and supporting B2B crypto gambling partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and market trends, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building high-performing commercial teams.
Role Involves:
- Leading and executing Betsson’s B2B and B2C strategy within the crypto gaming sector.
- Overseeing the development and execution of business projects.
- Acting as the primary stakeholder for internal product and operational teams.
- Managing and supporting B2B crypto gambling partners.
- Recruiting, leading, and managing the commercial marketing team.
- Owning revenue targets and associated marketing budgets.
- Identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or online crypto gambling industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, forming strategic partnerships, and building high-performing commercial teams in the gambling and crypto sectors.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and market trends.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Experience in online gambling is considered a strong asset.
