Job Description
Carta is seeking an Implementations Manager to join their team. This role involves becoming an equity expert and implementing clients onto the Carta Europe software, ensuring their long-term success. The Implementations Manager will directly interact with clients, managing their implementation projects from data collection to stakeholder engagement. They will establish strong customer relationships and guide clients through the implementation process. This role requires comfort working with data, business systems, and developing training content.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting new clients in onboarding onto Carta Europe.
  • Managing complex datasets and migrating client data.
  • Coordinating inputs from client stakeholders.
  • Maintaining data quality throughout the onboarding process.
  • Training clients on how to use Carta Europe Software.
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  • Proactively managing clients to dates and improving time to value.
  • Working closely with product, engineering, and internal implementations leaders.
  • Working on cross-functional side projects.

Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Data-savvy and enjoys working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with private equity, VC-backed companies, and capitalization.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and resilient.
  • Great people skills and a high degree of empathy.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Highly organized and can manage a group of C-suite clients.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Ability to deal with uncertainties and ambiguous situations.
