Job Description
Carta is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving the full recruitment life cycle for software engineering and data science talent. They will partner with senior engineering leaders to understand business needs, provide market insights, and improve the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing passive talent, building relationships with candidates and hiring partners, and maintaining data integrity in the ATS.Role involves:
- Owning relationships with senior engineering leaders
- Running the full recruitment life cycle
- Sourcing active and passive candidates
- Driving improvements to the hiring and interview process

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring software engineers, data scientists, and engineering leaders
- Track record of sourcing and engaging passive talent
- First principles thinking approach
