Carta is seeking a Senior GTM Strategy Manager to join its GTM Strategy team. This role is within the broader Strategy & Business Operations team and involves partnering with business leaders across sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer experience. The Senior GTM Strategy Manager will focus on improving sales strategy and execution through data-driven insights and process optimization. The role involves:
Driving the operational cadence to amplify sales.
Defining and refining sales metrics.
Coordinating weekly reviews of sales metrics and sales commits.
Delivering executive-level visibility and updates.
Optimizing sales coverage and segmentation models.
Leading segment strategy, territory carve, and quota setting.
Maintaining forecast model and process.
Analyzing market data to inform strategy.
Requirements include:
6+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, or related field.
Robust analytical skills with experience driving sales insights.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Excel.
Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or fintech is a plus.
Superior problem-solving, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
In-depth understanding of business operations and project management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
