Culture Amp is seeking a skilled Engineer to join their Performance product team in Sydney. This role focuses on creating transformative, people-first performance reviews. The Engineer will contribute to the post-performance-review experience, designing solutions and delivering new features for the rebuilt Performance product. The role involves working within a cross-functional team of engineers, product designers, and leadership, with autonomy and responsibility for features from conception to production.Culture Amp is looking for someone to help them create an excellent post-performance-review experience. • Building features using the design system.
• Designing and implementing UX/UI improvements in ReactJs/Typescript.
• Collaborating with other engineers to improve the technical stack and product.

Requirements:

• Full Stack software engineering experience with a strong focus in Frontend technologies (Typescript and ReactJS).
• Curiosity and openness to diverse approaches to solving problems.
• Product-focused mindset with a drive to make a solid business impact.
