Job Description
Blacklane is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Partner Integrations domain. This role involves setting the technical direction, driving product innovation, and ensuring successful delivery. The Engineering Manager will build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Role involves:
  • Defining and executing the technical vision and roadmap for Partner Integrations.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
  • Prioritizing feature development and optimizing agile workflows.
  • Setting and maintaining high standards for software development practices and code quality.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in leading software engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule and within budget.
