Heritage is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support daily operations and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teams and facilitate growth. The intern will play a crucial role in the alternative investment industry, working with a next-generation fund that combines traditional investment strategies with technology solutions and data-driven approaches. Heritage's mission is to connect elite families and entrepreneurs with top-performing private market opportunities.
The Talent Acquisition Intern will be involved in various activities to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
Role Involves:
- Manage the sourcing channels, screening CVs, joining interviews, proactively building talent pipelines
- Onboard new hires
- Implement talent development and performance management initiatives
- Create reports to track hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Passion for People and especially for Talent Acquisition
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Good vibe, driven, diplomatic, active listener, humble, hard-working
- University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar will be considered a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Can join from June 2025 for a 6-month internship
