Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Partner Program Manager - Enablement Lead to enhance its global partner ecosystem. This role involves strategy, sales enablement, and operations, ensuring internal teams and partners have the necessary tools and knowledge. The Partner Program Manager will work with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Account Executives (AEs), Sales Enablement, Marketing, and the Global Alliances team to develop scalable enablement programs for Systems Integrators (SIs), Consulting Partners, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Own the Partner Enablement Strategy
  • Develop and Deliver Enablement Content
  • Drive Program Execution & Adoption
  • Manage Enablement Systems & Governance
  • Enable Stakeholder Alignment & Partner Communications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, project or program management, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with documentation management and content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
