Betsson Group is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Product Development department. The Product Analyst will focus on understanding customer experiences on Betsson Group's sites and apps, and will guide decision-making based on data-driven insights to improve these experiences. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to prioritize work, and passionate about driving change through data analysis.
- Maintaining a record of tracked and monitored metrics.
- Defining product performance metrics and benchmarks.
- Preparing and communicating reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Performing detailed analysis on customer journeys and product performance.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Heap, Amplitude).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Solid proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with visualization tools such as QlikSense (or similar).
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) and Operational Intelligence (OI) tools.
