Payroll Technology Analyst

Job Description

GHX is seeking a Payroll Technology Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and optimize their HRIS (Dayforce). The Payroll Technology Analyst will be responsible for payroll processing, system configuration, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in payroll processing and system configuration.GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company, empowering healthcare organizations to enable better patient care and maximize industry savings using our world class cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platform, solutions, analytics and services.Role involves:

• Processing and auditing multi-cycle payrolls for US and Canada.
• Maintaining and configuring modules in Dayforce.
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• Supporting system enhancements, testing, and upgrades.
• Developing and maintaining payroll, benefit, and compensation reports.
• Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Ensuring data integrity across Dayforce modules.
• Leading year-end processes, audits, and compliance filings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration using Dayforce, Workday, or UKG.
• 2+ years of experience with system configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting within an HRIS platform.
• Ceridian Dayforce configuration experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with payroll across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, India) is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll integrations and system interfaces.
• Able/willing to travel up to 25% annually.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax rules, and reporting requirements.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
